History:
Rintse was born in the Netherlands, the son of Wicher 334 and out of the Stam 50 mare line, the largest producer of Approved Stallions. He was judged 1st Premium in his first Keuring and was sent on to theStallion Selection process. He was given preliminary Approval, joining on of less than 100 Friesians in the world on the list approved for breeding. Early on, he was highly successful in Dressage, competing through M2 and training Z1 & Z2 in the Netherlands.

Breeding:
He then left his dressage career to life as a breeding stallion with the Friesian Connection in the USA. After severals years breeding, however, he was disapproved on offspring by the FPS for non-specific reasons. Their loss is your gain, as Rintse is now being bred to other breeds. He also his dressage career scoring high 80's and even 90's through 3 level and training in 4th, before a hock injury sidelined him. Rintse now stands at Friesian Legends in Texas, but only for breeding to our own horses.

Characteristics:
Rintse is the pinnacle of the modern Friesian breed. Rintse graduated the stallion approval process, which eliminates all but 1 of every 300 horses. In this process he was judged on soundness, conformation, and genetics, and also his mind for learning and willingness. He proved himself to be at highest level.

He is born for sport. Rintse has perfect conformation and a highly athletic build at 16 hands and 1300 lbs. Unlike many Friesians, he is high spirited and forward moving. Constantly pacing the fields, he enjoys work and applies his deep intelligence to the task before him. Yet he maintains the willing and thoughtful demeanor that sets Friesians apart.
